Celebrities set to return for annual Best Buddies bike ride

Saturday morning, hundreds of cyclists are to start at Quail Lodge & Golf Club in Carmel for a 100-mile ride down Highway 1 to Old San Simeon Village. Participants are to gather at Hearst Ranch at the end of the challenge for what promoters call “the greatest party in cycling,” an evening barbecue and private concert by musician-songwriter Don Felder, formerly lead guitarist for the Eagles.
